Why choose Draper
You have heard the contractor stories, and some of them are probably yours. Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients, which only happens when the finish holds up and the process was worth repeating. We back our workmanship for two years and tell you where things stand every day.
You know who is coming and what they are working on that day.
Call or text and you reach someone who has been on the job.
Before the crew leaves, you see what got done and what is next.
Surprises happen. You hear about them before decisions get made.
Our process
Six steps, the same on a single bathroom remodel and on a full renovation. You always know which one you are in and what happens next.
Tell us the project, big or small. We listen before anyone talks price.
We walk the space with you, so the scope comes from your house and your vision, not a guess over the phone.
A detailed quote with the costs, the timeline and exactly what you get at completion.
You will have questions. We answer them and adjust the plan until it is the right one.
Our team gets to work and keeps you informed and involved at every step.
We walk the finished project with you. It is not done until it meets your standard.
Step one is a phone call, and it costs nothing.

Yes. On most projects we warranty our workmanship for two years, meaning anything that fails because of how we installed it. Materials are a separate thing. Wood in particular will move, split and weather no matter who installs it, which is part of the composite conversation we will have with you before you choose. We will tell you exactly what is covered on your project before you sign.
No. That is our job. You are not the one calling around to find out why nobody showed up before the drywall goes on. We run the schedule, and you have one number to call about any part of it.
Our crews walk the work with you before they leave for the day, so you know what got done and what is planned next. If something comes up between visits, call or text and you reach someone who has been on your project.
Colby. The company number reaches him directly rather than an office queue or a phone tree. You get a person who has been on your project and can tell you what is going on.
Construction can uncover things nobody could see through a wall. How they are handled should not be the surprise. We explain what we found, lay out the options, and talk it through with you before the work moves forward.
You should. Just make sure you are comparing the same project. Two estimates can look like the same job while including very different materials, scope, allowances, permits and responsibilities. Compare the whole project, not only the bottom line.

Wendy S.Deck constructionNo job is too big or too small. I love how he pays attention to the littlest details as if he is working on his own home.

Do it and you get the room you have been putting off for two years. Put it off again and you get another winter working around the house you already own.
